Shipping policy

Order Dispatch

All orders placed by midday between Monday to Friday will be dispatched within 24 - 48 hours (excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your item has been shipped, which will contain your tracking number. Any items not received within 20 days of receiving the tracking link should be reported to us by email for us to investigate.

Please note some of our larger items may be dispatched in separate boxes.

Standard Delivery

All standard delivery items typically arrive within 3 – 7 working days after dispatch.

The suitable Express Delivery option will be made available for you to select at checkout, according to the weight of the items ordered.

Lightweight Express Delivery

All express delivery items typically arrive within 1 – 3 working days after dispatch.

Midweight Express Delivery

All express delivery items typically arrive within 1 – 3 working days after dispatch.

Heavyweight Express Delivery

All express delivery items typically arrive within 1 – 3 working days after dispatch.

If your delivery address is outside of the UK Mainland and Wales, then delivery may take slightly longer.

 

Please note: If you have ordered a larger item then it will be a curb side delivery only. The driver may in special circumstances also ask for assistance to lift the object.

Please note delivery does not include assembly of any items or removal of packaging from your home.

 

Delivery Pricing

Standard delivery to most UK mainland addresses is £4.95. Express delivery may also be available at an additional cost.

Remote Area & Large-Item Delivery Surcharges

Additional delivery charges may apply to remote locations and selected large, heavy or oversized items. These charges are determined by our delivery partners and may depend on the product size, weight and the specific delivery postcode.

Areas commonly affected include the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Offshore Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and the following postcode areas:

DG, EH, FK, G, KA (1–26, 29, 30), KY, ML, PA (1–19), DD, PH, AB, IV, KW (1–14), and PH (19–40, 49, 50).

Please note that this list is provided as a guide and is not exhaustive. For some large or oversized items, a delivery surcharge may apply to other postcode areas depending on carrier availability.

If an additional charge applies, we will contact you before dispatch. You may choose to pay the surcharge and continue with your order, or cancel the affected item for a full refund.
