Good product, terrible delivery

The product is exactly what I expected and wanted. The delivery by Evri was, as always, terrible. I will only use this company again if Evri are not the couriers. I really want to order two more of these but I canโ€™t stand the difficulty of having to contact Evri over and over to be told that itโ€™s at the delivery hub and will be delivered, staying in to wait, no delivery, more chat bot, more email back and forth, rinse and repeat. Please change your courier or allow a choice-Iโ€™ll pay more to avoid them.

Hi Caroline, thank you for your feedback and for loving the product! We're sorry to hear about the delivery issues with Evri. We'll take your comments on board and consider alternative couriers to improve the experience. We appreciate your understanding and hope to serve you better in the future!
