The instructions were really hard to read they need a lot of work I’m good at d.i.y and can build most things but this a found a huge challenge, because I had to guess quite a lot but once I got it was done it looks absolutely beautiful 😍

Very pleased with the finished box with plenty of room for storing garden furniture cushions hence 5 stars…… however the instructions definitely need improving. I’ve built many self assembly items before but these instructions are very basic. The first page should say “Remove plastic protection film from all items before assembly “ As others have said, this takes forever”.I actually assembled the 2 ‘L’ angles to the front panel without realising it was covered in film. Picked up the back panel and thought there was sellotape on certain parts of it, found out it was half covered in film. Had to disassemble the first part I’d done to get the film off. Instructions need to be clearer on which way up, which parts overlap other parts etc. Took me 5 1/2 hours in total which included a large amount of time removing film.

Great box, plenty of room in it, but a bit of a nightmare to put together! Very fiddly small screws and nuts, and some holes didn't match up. However, overall the box is good, and looks well in the garden. The shrink wrap protection, was a real challenge to remove 😂

Good service and quick delivery. Took a while to assemble but the result is a good looking, sturdy and waterproof box. Just a hint - make sure that when you connect the lock lever (part B2), that the part number is showing outwards. We initially put it on the wrong way round and couldn’t figure out why it wouldn’t work!

Really good product

Great storage box. Definitely needs two to put together. And peeling off the plastic was probably the hardest part! But we’re super pleased with the extra storage it gives. We ordered black, but it definitely looks like dark charcoal colour. Would buy again.

You need someone with small hands to access the bolts and screws !

Good product easy to build although locking mechanism isn’t easy to get correct

Purchased this to keep all our outdoor furniture covers in through that wonderful summer! It wasn't difficult to assemble although you have to be sure that everything is squared up properly. It looks smart, seems watertight and I hope will last for several years.

Excellent! Easy to follow instructions and easy assembly for two of us. Reasonably priced.

Be prepared for 2 hours of prep and 3 hours to build. I built this on my own and a diy guy. Patients is required. Once built the unit is reasonable quality. I wouldn't say its safe but does lock and the lid lifts on gas springs. Pretty good for the money if you don't mind wasting half a day.

We are really impressed with the quality of this storage box purchased to store cushions from garden furniture. It was a little difficult to assemble as the diagrams could have been better but we didn’t let it beat us , it looks really good when finished .definitely would buy again . Also the delivery and communication from garden sanctuary first class thank you .

This product is excellent and is exactly what we were looking for. Was very easy to build and the instructions were clear enough to follow. Having said that, the product does have some flaws which are minor. The metal bars that support the “floor” of the unit were very loose which I had to reinforce but drilling into an additional metal sheet I had. Also check the panels before assembling as mine did have deep scratches into the paint. Not sure if this was caused by myself or was delivered that way but it was disappointing to see.

Pleased with the finished item, but difficult to assemble and instructions not great.

Went together really well but I would recommend reading through the instructions a few times and check that you have every piece of the box to be able to put it together.
To be honest the instructions can be a bit confusing but that is why I recommend reading through them several times.
Also make sure that you have all the equipment that you need, if you do all of the above the box will go together well.
It has only been put together for 11 days but we are very happy and satisfied with the storage box so far.

Mostly put together on my own and instructions are relatively clear. Might just need to push some parts into place and keep screws a bit loose to allow for some movement/adjustment until the end. The lock part could do with better instructions as it requires a specific alignment for it to fit properly. Probably best to use on a flat surface outside where all 4 corners are on the same level. Haven’t had it for long so let’s see how long it lasts.

Really handy garden box . It was a struggle to put together and several bolts, nuts missing so a trip to local hardware supplier

This box is truely waterproof and was delivered quickly.

Instructions not very clear. Lock does not work properly. We don't need to lock if so acceptable for our needs

Good product easy to assemble - if you’re putting on the lid solo, just get one hinge in place by loosely slotting in a screw then the same on the other hinge then it will hold itself in place. Ideally a two person job but did it myself fine. Instructions are fine I think the lock latch sliding bars are the opposite way round on the instructions but it’s fine and easy to figure out. Around 2 hours to build. But 100% worth it - best storage container I have bought.
