Customers praised this rain shelter for being easy to assemble and offering good value. Many noted it's "rock solid" once installed and "looks great." While the frame is plastic (not aluminum as some expected), shoppers found it sturdy and functional. Installation requires two people, and some found the bolts slightly short, requiring adjustments.
- The canopy is absolutely rock solid. It also worked out to be very good value.
- Easy to put together and very good for the money, can highly recommend it
- Looks great and exactly as pictured, keeps the rain off my back step
It's a bit fiddly to install. But once it's up it works as it should do. Just make sure not to knock the wall bolts all the way in leave them out the wall about 10mm. As the bolts just don't quite reach through the thick moulded parts at the top of the frame. Other than that really pleased with it.
Frame is plastic, not aluminium as listed and I was sceptical when I first unpacked it. However, easy to assemble and once installed, very sturdy and looks good.
I bought the 9ft option which was to cover my outdoor kitchen area. Although plastic frame and Perspex roof , itโs so easy to assemble is durable and looks professional and sleek . A perfect alternative to a wooden alternative as lighter and a cheaper option that does the same job. A must buy for all!
Easily put together. Looks good. Very functional. A good price for it's size
Nice depth and a good looking addition to my home.
Very happy with my rain shelter and the delivery thanks
Good product, satisfied.
Very pleased with the canopy.easy to put together and very good for the money ,can highly recommend it
I never expected that this would be anywhere near as good as it has turned out. The project was to link 4 double canopies together to create a shelter for the entire length of the house and it worked so well. Fixing these up is a two man job but so simple and the canopy is absolutely rock solid. It also worked out to be very good value. I am very pleased.
Excellent service
As described and easy to fit
Product arrived in good time and in good condition. It is now in place. No complaints.
Excellent customer service
Ideal for what we wanted, good value for the money and really looks good
The hood came well packed but the parcel was left in the rain by a window and the box was wet. The screen part is extremely flimsy and had suffered some impact in the box. It took some time to assemble (2 people) and the little screws that are supposed to catch the front rails to secure them are far too short so the screen comes apart when lifted up to mount it. I obtained longer self tappers and screwed them in at an angle so now it's secure. Once mounted the whole assembly feels very rigid and robust surprisingly. Hasn't been tested in a strong wind yet, but looks good. I guess for the price we paid it's adequate. A reasonable BBQ area rain hood.
We got stung for additional courier prices too. No phone numbers so email is the only communication method.
A light weight cover that exactly fits the bill.
The price was competitive although the delivery slow.
Would have appreciated delivery updates or estimates.
Fairly good value at the sale price and delivered promptly. Only odd thing there were no Bolt caps for the fittings, and the actual frame legs are plastic not Aluminium.
Bought two different lengths to create a longer canopy down the side of our house. Very easy to fit - they look great and seem nice and sturdy
I was incredibly impressed with the customer service from Garden Sanctuary, particularly Irene. We had a small issue with one of the components and the unit was replaced exceedingly quickly with the minimum of fuss.
I cannot express how pleased we were with their responsiveness and understanding.
Perfect, does the job great , very happy all round.
God door canopy, delivery could be better
Very good - instructions could be better
Well made and works well.
Black Outdoor Curved Shielded Rain Shelter
Looks great and exactly as pictured, keeps the rain off my back step and provides a bit of shelter. Was fairly straight forward to install too
Satisfied with the quality of the awning and itโs just done the work what I expected. Just want to mention that must have 2 persons for compliance of the installation.
